Medical technology built on Precision Biological Engineering

The body answers back.
We build for the answer.

Every treatment is a signal sent into a system that will respond, adapt and send something back. Most medical technology is designed to overpower that response. Quantumis Bio designs around it, and the result is four platforms that heal without cutting, disinfect without leaving anything behind, and image the body without inventing what was never measured.

The investment case

New technology. A proven effect. A market already paying. A model that earns on every treatment.

Novel technology and IP

0

treatment settings stored on any device

The invention is the rhythm, and it never leaves our servers.

  • Navikara delivers laser energy on the timing each tissue answers to. Which timing, for which tissue, at which stage of injury, was found over years of laboratory work and sixteen years of treating animals and people.
  • That library is trade secret. Our servers compute every session for that patient and that lesion, and the device only receives an authorized session, so there is no recipe on the machine to reverse engineer.
  • Imaging priority filings are pending, and the founder is lead inventor on 24 issued patents from the last platform he built.

Groundbreaking capability

20+ cm

therapeutic depth, measured in cadaveric tissue

It reaches tissue therapy lasers cannot.

  • Therapy lasers turn to heat in the first millimeters of skin. Navikara pulses are absorbed faster than tissue can relax, so the light becomes a pressure wave deep inside the body. Inflammation comes down first, then the tissue is prompted to rebuild.
  • Through unbroken skin. No needle, no drug, no biologic. Ten sessions of a few minutes each.
  • A horse with grade 5 lameness, scheduled for euthanasia, walked out four days after his first treatment. A paralyzed dog walked again, with cord growth measured on CT.

A massive market, waiting

124M

US adults living with a musculoskeletal condition

Patients already pay thousands in cash for less.

  • 169,481 US facilities already treat pain, injury and wounds, before counting a single physician office. Add 5.3 million dogs with diagnosed arthritis.
  • People pay $3,000 to $25,000 out of pocket for stem cell and exosome injections the FDA has never approved. A full Navikara course is $2,500 to $3,000.
  • At 5,450 units the plan treats about 0.56 percent of the whole US market a year: 294 million people and animals the device can treat.

An optimized business model

$0

equipment cost to the clinic

We own every unit and earn on every treatment.

  • The clinic buys nothing. Quantumis owns every unit, and a unit runs only the sessions our servers authorize, so every treatment is metered and paid.
  • The clinic keeps more of each course than it pays us, so every placement makes money for the practice from its first patient.
  • Software complete. Veterinary revenue three months after funding, human six to nine.

Market figures are published counts; sources are in the research library behind the investor login. Clinical cases are individual outcomes. Navikara is in development and not cleared by the FDA; regeneration is not a claimed indication.

16years of treatment behind our first product
24issued patents with our founder as lead inventor
100+clinics our founder has run, managed or advised
4platforms, one discipline

Therapy · first to market

Navikara

Pulsed near-infrared energy delivered on the rhythm each tissue answers to. It brings inflammation down, then prompts repair, through unbroken skin. Nothing is cut and nothing is injected. Sixteen years of treating horses, dogs, cats and people went into learning which rhythm restores which tissue.

Sanitation

SaniflO3

Ozonated water made on demand at the sink. It kills bacteria, including antibiotic-resistant strains, then reverts to oxygen, so nothing is stored, shipped or left behind for resistance to grow against.

Imaging hardware

V-HDI Flex Use CT

Three large-bore scanners for diagnostic, interventional and intraoperative work, including one that scans a patient standing up. They descend from volumetric imaging technology our founder invented and brought to market.

A new modality

Concordance Volumetric Tomography

A new category of imaging that identifies tissue type and margin at high resolution, governed by one rule: it never fabricates a voxel. Where there is no data, the image says so.

Who runs it

Greg Stoutenburgh

Founder and chief executive. He founded a medical imaging company and invented its Volumetric High-Definition Imaging technology, designing the major iterations of the platform across fourteen years there, five as chief executive. He is lead inventor on twenty-four issued patents, has run or advised more than a hundred medical, dental and veterinary clinics, and is Chief Innovation Officer of Graphene Valley Corporation.
